I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my snowblower to arrive. After getting in touch with Heather K, she stated: "I am sorry; we have been unable to locate this shipment since 1/14. It is considered lost at this time and I would recommend that you initiate a claim with us. Do you need a claim form?"\t\n\t\nI bet this company has a bunch of shysters working for them, I can't imagine a giant 100lb snow blower just got lost. I have to fill out a bunch of forms and claim that it was lost.. We'll see where I get with this. Spent $1000 on this thing and have nothing to show for it! ...read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Please do not waste your time and money dealing with this business. This is the most unprofessional and inefficient business that I have every dealt with. There is no system to provide you a tracking number for your package at drop off. I was told to "call back in an hour" only to find out they were closed. I then called back the next day only to find out that they had not even processed the package and was again told to call back in an hour to get the tracking number. I then proceeded to go to the store myself and fight with the owner to get the tracking number as he would not take the time to help me, the customer. Finally, I input the tracking number in the UPS system that night to find that they didn't even have the package picked up. This was an overnight delivery of a package with value in the thousands and here we are 4 days later and the package has still not left the store. I will NEVER step foot in this business again. ...read more
