i have been using u haul all my life with much success. However, when i first came to this particular u haul on Hamilton road, it took me over 1 hour to rent a simple dollie, and i was the only one there. One of the "on the clock" employees was in the lobby napping. and the other stood at the counter slowly and painstakingly counting every coin, while he paused frequently to chat with his friend. when he did finally d to Despite all this i got Dollie, eventually , i returned my equipment the next day, and got a call the following morning claiming " i never turned in my equipment". then they refused to return my calls. that is where i am now, and will let you all know how it turns out. but as for now i have no conclusion. basically NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, FIND A DIFFERENT U HAUL EVEN IF U HAVE TO DRIVE. ...read more

You go there and they have to lock their trucks behind a fence topped with barb wire. They only get the worst trucks because the nicer ones get torn up. This location is very ghetto. ...read more
