I can not believe the the unprofessionalism at this site. When I called, I was put on hold 3 times. I waited more than 15 minutes and left on hold until the phone disconnected. All I wanted to know is why my business mail was not being forwarded to the new location. So I went directly to the post office and asked for the supervisor. I was informed that the person not responding to me was the supervisor and I needed to call the mail carrier to ask why he wasn't forwarding my mail. Is that my job? many of the staff at this location are very rude. they are not friendly and act like they are doing you a favor by being there. also, one saturday i was there 15 mins before closing and they had locked the doors already. the staff was inside and refused to look at the people knocking at the door. unbelievable, esp for those of us who had went out of our way. ...read more
