A Plus Towing Company in Northside just called me a "f**ing ***hole" for asking for handicap access for my mother with osteoperosis who walks with a cane. We were mocked as we were leaving for her disability, and he wished me good luck reporting this, and I have reported them to the BBB and the ADA. This was some of the most disgusting behavior I have ever witnessed, and I encourage anyone with mobility needs to avoid them at all costs. ...read more

A bunch of bullies with tow trucks. Let me start off by saying I was indeed parked in a lot that I did not have a permit for. I was visiting a friend for the night on Delta Ave. and left my car in the lot over night. They towed my car. I went to go retrieve it and the guy handed me a piece of paper and said "here ya go, have a nice day". I've never been towed before so I thought he was handing me a bill I had to mail in so I left. The next day I parked in a legal overnight parking spot and I was towed again. When I called they said, "you didn't pay us so we towed you again". So I was charged for 2 tows ($217.78). When I came to pick my car up, again, the OWNER was there and was unbelievably rude. I paid the $217.78 and as I was driving out of the lot, two of his workers were yelling "See ya f*cker!" and "B*tches always pay!" while the owner was standing there laughing at the whole scene. Okay ...I rated James as exceptional in the rating below and stand by that; however, I read the other ratings as well. I absolutely don't like complaints about bad business behavior and not being good neighbors. I also know that the 681 prefix is a northside or college hill prefix, even though you say you are located in Reading area on the map to the side..so be honest, be a good neighbor..and respond to or acknowledge that you have changed the poor behaviors towards your neighbors in Northside, A big no for this consumer! ...read more
