After 3 months of excuses, equipment failures, etc.etc. and other delays, our small bridge is still not finished. My husband paid the last installment, because he listened to Tony's story that he desperately needed money. The owner promised he would come back and finish our bridge, saying the welding machine needed to be repaired. He has not returned. I am still willing to write a decent review, but until he returns to finish our project, I just can not do this. He just needs to come back for one more day.
