I wouldn't count on these guys for CDL-A work. They have a dedicated crew of drivers. Everyone else is 2nd string only (stand-by) in case one of their own drops out, gets sick, etc. \nThree times in two weeks they had me packed and ready to go for a gig in Seattle.\nAnd each time they cancelled.\nI've never seen such an outfit run so poorly.\nAnd from what I hear their payroll is far from accurate. They should take lessons from Huffmaster, MadiCorp, or PMG. \nWhen they call and tell you you're going -- you're going! They know how to do things right. Stay away from these clowns. I just moved three months ago into my first home. I signed up for Cincinnati Bells home phone, internet, and their home security system. When I got the system I was informed that the first 4 months of having said system I had free Protect Care - where if anything happened to the system, all I would have to pay is a $15 deductible. Yesterday, the system mafunctioned and the key pad and the door alerts were not functioning and the board in the basement had caught fire. I called the customer service and they informed me that I would have to pay for an ENTIRE new system and $70 an hour labor fee! Even with the Protect Care plan! I am to say the least outraged by the customer service I have recieved from this company considering - I am only a month old customer. I am planning on switching to another carrier in all three aspects. My suggestion, do NOT go with Cincinnati Bell. They do not care about their customers and their community. ...read more
