We had a horrible experience when my father was admitted to this facility, and permitted to elope 3 times in one day. The last time, he spent nearly 2 hours on the ground in the snow before he was found. This facility has been cited by the Ohio Board of Health. ...read more

This facility has recently had problems with patient neglect and elopment. My father was permitted to elope several times, and was found laying in the snow after almost 2 hours. More recently, Delores Sunday left the facility and was not found until the following morning. Patients are not getting adequate supervision. ...read more
