I had the best experience during my pregnancy and delivery at Good Sam.The nurses were great and there is one doctor that is the best in the world,Dr.Jennifer Lykens,don't know if i could if survived my pregnancy without her.I would recommend Good Sam to everyone i know. ...read more

Bad inter-network communication within Good Samaritan Hospital. There is poor communication between floors & units regarding patient information. For each unit my mother was moved to I had to update the nursing staff on her care because they did not receive correct or updated information from the previous location. Even when returning to the same unit updated they had to be given information as if patient ws admitted for the first time. Also doctors left no notes on change of care or medications and or werent leaving clear enough notes for the nurses to understand & articulate to the family. ...read more

This facility made my loved ones condition worse. Falling out of bed and wheelchairs. Fed solid food when should've been fed soft foods. Hardly ever given anything to drink to keep from being dehydrated. Over medicated that basically kept my loved one knock out for days. I would not recommend this facility to anyone! ...read more
