Cincy Rents

5.0

By linda78888888hotmai

I just wanted to take a moment to mention how pleased I was with the service provided by Cincy Rents in the leasing of my property in Oakley. The entire team was professional, responsive, and organized throughout the process. The team helped me find a qualified buyer with acceptable terms quickly and handled all of the legal and transition processes effectively. I would use Cincy Rents in the future for the leasing of my properties. ...read more

How to Choose The Right Contractor for Your Project

Remodeling can be a miserable experience if yo shop for a contractor based primarily on price. Nowhere is the saying " You get what you pay for " more true then in remodeling your home or office.  Think about how much stress you may be adding to your day.  If you stay in your home during the remodel, you will be literally "living with the workmen" throughout the process.   The independents and freelancers can be scary to have in our home and their subs cam come from anywhere. Established contractors  like A.C. General Contractors. Inc. have Licensed , bonded, and insured subs and managers. We have professional workmen who do this for a living, not "on the side". They know how to work in your home with courtesy, care for your things and attention to cleaning up behind themselves. before you hire a contractor, ask him these basic questions.      1.    Do you carry General Liability Insurance ?      2.    Have you been operating this business successfully for at least 10 years?         3.    Are you a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau?      4.    Have you done this type of work in this part of town before?      5.    Do you have pictures and references of your past work?      6.    Do you offer a written warranty on your work? If so how long?     Look in the business white pages and/or yellow pages for a company listing. If there is one a listing most likely the contractor is operating form his home or his truck and may not be around if something goes awry to honor a warranty.     Starting on Wednesday January 5, 2011, A.C. General Contractors Inc will examine each point in detail. Please feel free to write in with any questions, comments or concerns with regards to a project in the process or starting in the near future.
