I recently had my first experience with Benchmark Outfitters in Cincinnati. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, quality of merchandise and welcoming atmosphere of the store. \t\n\t\nI couldn't be happier with my new Merrel hiking boots and Patgonia outerwear. No longer a Cincinnati resident, I was not aware that this store existed...thankfully, an employee of ANOTHER outdoor store recommended that I check out Benchmark for some rock climbing gear. As I walked into the store, I was thoroughly impressed by the size of the store and the variety of apparel and equipment. I immediately noticed the wonderful hospitality of the staff members and could tell they were very knowledgable of the items they carried in the store.
