Sensible Storage

5.0

By Anonymous

I was amazed to find Sensible Storage located right in the Timken Business Park. It's extremely convenient, but more importantly the prices were right in my budget. We rented a 10x10 and they did not require a security deposit PLUS, we were able to rent month-to-month! No long term contracts. My wife and I were very pleased, as we did not know how long we needed the unit for. Sensible Storage was recommended to us by a friend who lived on Bryan Ave. who also rents a unit from them as an "extended closet." The lady on the telephone was friendly and courteous and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a unit at the right price. Also, it was very late and she answered the telephone when we called and walked us through a lease right over the telephone. No need to wait until the next day. We rented our unit right away. Very pleased with Sensible Storage. A+++ ...read more

House Flipping Tips in Canton

Property Flipping in Ohio House flipping is essentially a market-neutral strategy. That means you aren’t relying on a continuing bull market in real estate to make your money. Flipping, if well-executed, can be profitable in up, down or sideways markets. That’s because motivated sellers must sell below market price no matter what the market is doing. Flippers exploit the difference between the discount to market value that a motivated seller will take on one hand, and the full value of a well-shown and presented property on the other. This propels flipping profits no matter what the overall market is doing. You must move faster during a bear market, or when interest rates rise, and you may have less margin for error. Keep it simple and straightforward, and you can profit in any market environment. Be Careful Property flipping is a risk with potentially large profits or losses. Before making a large financial decision, speak with a professional and consider your individual financial situation. Take advantage of every tax deduction you can get and maintain a balance sheet and enough liquid savings to deal with the unexpected. Contract Assignment Never neglect contract assignment. This is a great way to get started because it allows novices to hand over deals to more experienced investors who have the cash needed to make a deal profitable. And it’s a great way for experienced investors to leverage the efforts of other smaller investors. It's much like wholesaling. Keep Your Rep Intact Property flipping is a people business. Contractors, inspectors and realtors will all begin to remember your name as you grow as an investor. You will run into the same players many times over. Your reputation as one who deals fairly and honestly is more important than any given deal. Stay up to date on regulations and fraud schemes so you can avoid and potential problems. Don't Lose Money The number one rule of investing is "don't lose money". Create and work a system for nailing a modest profit again and again. Keep it simple, reinvestment and turning over capital many times in a year, doing multiple deals with the same money, will net you a healthy profit in the long run. Several simple deals with steady profits over the year are better for new investors than one big, complex deal with uncertain profitability and large risk. The Importance Of Gutters

We atSensible Storage value what our customer's place at our self storage facility.  An often overlooked thing that folks should watch for when choosing place to store their belongings is whether or not their head is going to get wet when they are accessing their storage unit on a rainy day. Believe it or not, gutters play a key role in this in more ways then one. The obvious, as hinted above, is they keep rain and snow from dripping on you when you are accessing your unit. But another key benefit is that they keep unnecessary water from collecting around the base of your unit’s door, thereby lowering the risk of water coming in under the door and flooding your valuables. Sometimes storage facility owners cut corners here and ‘pass the savings’ along to their customers. The non-informed consumer may not be aware that they are placing their goods at greater risk from water damage when storing at such facilities. Saving a buck now could prove quite costly in the long run. When in Canton, please pay a visit to Sensible Storage, conveniently located at 1832 Bryan Ave., NW, and see how we keep your head (and your things) dry with gutters! Article by Gary L.
