I've taken my son here twice because his doctor's office was closed. I will NEVER go back though. Both times the wait was awful which is understandable with the number of patients there. We saw Dr. Rass the first time and NP Linda Swallie the second time. Both barely examined my son and were inpatient when asking questions. I felt rushed. It's disappointing when you wait all that time to be seen with a sick child then when you're finally seen they can't even spend five minutes with you. Both times they didn't even want to prescribe meds and I had to ask for them. Linda was literally walking out of the room while I was still trying to ask questions.
