I was extremely disappointed in Creations by Lynn. Lynn was very rude and condescending towards me throughout the wedding process. She is completely unprofessional - Lynn and her husband always yelled at each other while I was in the shop. She speaks very poorly to those that work with/for her. She provided little assistance during the process and yelled at me for making changes to the number of corsages weeks before the wedding due to the sickness of a grandparent. She did not prepare an example centerpiece for my final visit and instead told me to try and envision it based off of another sample that was not similar to my centerpiece whatsoever. Lynn and her staff would always complain how busy they were and how I was calling at a bad time or my scheduled appointment was not a good time. I was VERY disappointed with my wedding flowers. Creations by Lynn did not provide me twith the flowers I ordered (and paid for). My bridal bouquet was nothing like what I ordered, and my attendant's bouquet was tiny and looked dead. They used the wrong flowers for the bouquet. They used the wrong flowers for the groom's boutonniere as well. It was SO ugly (wire sticking out- flowers looked dead), he thought it was trash, and threw it away. When I asked where the boutonniere was we realized what had happened. I understand that all flowers are not available at all times, but for the amount they charge- I should have received a phone call about alternatives. By the time you see the flowers you paid so much for, it's too late to do anything about them, and Creations by Lynn would not even apologize for their mistakes. ...read more
