I do not even want to give this facility a 1 star but that is the lowest on the scale. My time spent there includes being overdosed on medications.To the point I was seeing things and freaking out.I was told then that they wanted to send me to St. Charles for mental problems.Apparently I was complaining to much about my legs hurting and I believed I had blood clots in my legs to which I first asked to be checked.Then begged to be checked.Finally screaming to be check for the clots. Which were confirmed within an hour of arrival in the Toledo University Med Hosp.After my sister had me transferred there.Apparently my legs looking bright red and were so swollen and hurting like they were going to explode did not mean anything to the nursing staff it was like I insulted them. To let the nurses know that I didn't refuse to do the therapy I was unable to, do to the unbearable pain the massive clots in both my legs had caused.Thank God my sister was there for me.Blakely NONCare wasn't. ...read more

Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
