My experience with Buckeye is that they are one of (if not THE) best service providers on the east end of Columbus. They have a great selection of lawn tools/ power equipment (great quality) and are very knowledgeable as far as servicing or getting parts for almost every brand on the market. Now having said this, you must remember that since they are so good - they have a lot of customers to service. DO NOT expect to walk in the front door and be the the #1 customer for service - especially in the spring of the season, when EVERYONE needs to have their mower serviced. THINK AHEAD.
