Beware if you are looking for a sit down dinner. Black Tie Catering lacks professionalism. Linens had holes in them, napkins folded with hems on the outside, no salt or pepper. no sweetener for room temp ice tea and lemonade, no ice, no water, glasses so small you couldn't get through the meal without refilling them, had to ask them to serve bride and groom first, then they didn't serve anyone else at the front table, silverware was placed around the tables after the guests arrived, charged for 110 people, which was OK but only 80 were served and we were told the food was all gone(!), Jason, the owner was very rude when we talked about the service. He claimed I was only trying to get out of paying the bill. This company obviously has no professionalism but after talking to the owner Jason it's not a surprise. Black Tie Catering is excellent!! The food is homemade and outstanding and the service is excellent!! We hired Jason Platfoot (Black Tie Catering) to cater our daughter's graduation party, and were very happy with the quality,service and price...I would highly recommend them.
