I hired The Big Show to cater an event, and was incredibly disappointed. They were terrible!!!!!!! They showed up 1.5 hr. late, and looked very sloppy. Catered food is never as good as restaurant food, but this was the bottom of the barrel even for catering. The food was dry and tasteless. They did not provide the simplest of serving accessories like a ladle to spoon au jus over potatoes, etc. The staff was very rude, and did not seem to understand our needs at all. They have a nice hall but wouldn't turn down the lights. We wanted a dancing atmosphere and they kept the lights up all night long. Wish they would have listened to our wants. It was OUR WEDDING ...read more
