Athens is a city in the Athens County in Ohio and it is a part of the Ohio Micropolitan Statistical Area. The city serves as the County seat of the Athens County and it is known as the college town because of its historical educational establishments. It is one of the largest cities in Ohio State and it is also known as the Tree City of USA because of greenery in and around the city. Major attractions of the city include Athens County court house and the Sells Park Lookout.
