They are a junk shop, pure and simple. Only place I have ever dealt with that does not set your unit up properly, then clerks smirk when you bring it in a few hours later so they can press a few keys to get your system right. When later that same night you have problems and leave a message for them to call, they never do. And, BOOTLEGGED versions of Windows! Yes, I actually had warnings from Windows informing me my system was operating on a BOOTLEGGED version of Windows! A junk shop! So, I am daily putting out the word around the community to prevent others from being railroaded.
