The lazy days of Summer are over and we are starting to bundle up for Winter.  The snow will be flying and the ice will soon be forming on the Portage Lakes.  Get your ice shanties ready, stock up on your pin mins, get your ice augers cleaned and sharpened.  We will be open for ice fishing all season long, our hours will be 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  We will carry our normal inventory and bait such as terminal tackle, wax worms, minnows, crawlers, maggots and dug worms.  We will also carry ice fishing gear!  We at Long Lake Bait and Tackle Inc. are ready to serve your ice fishing needs.  So when the ice is on we will be here! ...read more
