I do not recommend using this bank for a 203K loan. Although they are listed with HUD as a 203K lending company, they did not seem well educated in the process. We started the loan process in March 2010, loan didn't close until July 1st, 2010 and first draw check to contractor was not issued until September 13. Although bank states this type of loan was just very time consuming, I feel a lot of the delays were due to incompetency. ...read more
