The Woods Of Fairlawn

Do you have a deep desire to feel unimportant and all alone in the big cold world? Do you like the comfort of knowing that, when something goes wrong, you can count on yourself and only yourself to solve the problem? Do you think having the office help you with locks, broken water systems, and the rancid odor of something dead in your vents makes you a spoiled little girl? Then come on down to the beautiful Woods of Fairlawn! In one of our luxurious apartments, you can enjoy such amenities as frequent exposure to nature as the bugs living inside your walls and floors bloom out into your master bedroom in a gorgeous spray of black and terror, or pamper that sweet tooth you have for street drugs thanks to one of the many dealers selling right outside your window, you can even be serenaded by the screams of your upstairs neighbor while her boyfriend clubs her from room to room (and if you're a quitter and feel like you need to get her help, don't bother calling the office, because they know that these kind of incidents are "not their problem.") Yes, it may seem like the Woods of Fairlawn have it all: lackadaisical repairs that can have you enjoy the sensation of "roughing it" while waiting days or even weeks for your water to be fixed, negligent staff who are sure to put you... somewhere... on their list no matter what your problem, and even pleasant smells as you wait for weeks on someone to come out and check why your entire apartment smells like a dead, decomposing animal (only to tell you that the smell WAS a dead decomposing animal in the vents, and that you'll need to wait for another person to come after the inspector and get it.) So come on down to the Woods of Fairlawn today and say "Bonjour" to adulthood and independence, because when you're with us, you're on your own. ...read more

It saddens me that after almost five years at what used to be called Village Green Apartments and now called The Woods of Fairlawn that a disabled tenant who happens to have been married to a Vietnam Veteran (who has been deceased for over 10 yrs now) and who is a Veteran, herself, has had to be put down because of at least one of their maintenance men because I was married to man for over 20 yrs and who was of Afro-American descent plus was part Indian, White, and Greek. I wish everyone good luck at The Woods of Fairlawn and maybe some day things will get straightened out. God bless and good luck! ...read more
