I (reluctantly) started dealing with this particular Rent-A-Center maybe about 3 years ago. I had a washing machine that simply broke down on me without warning, IN THE SUMMER TIME!! As you can probably tell by my name, I'm a mom. Sweaty, dirty kids clothes have to washed more frequently than laundromat trips would allow me, so I ventured into the store looking for a washer that I didn't plan on keeping. You know, just for the summer until I could buy one. Well, I loved that washer, I loved the crew that helped me pick it out, the management at the store was awesome & here I am with 1 washer & 1 dining set from them now fully paid for, & working on my brand new refrigerator!! A lot of people frown on rent-to-own stores, but for someone who NEEDS something for their home, cant just BUY it, doesn't have adequate credit to charge it (by the way, no credit checks are done by the store at all) & wants quality merchandise, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE!! ...read more
