Todd Knrach, owner of Tailored Tree, is not trustworthy or honest. He came to our home to give an estimate to remove trees. We gave him a $200 deposit. We were advised to verify his credentials. It turns out he was NOT bonded or insured. We asked if he could obtain the credentials so that he could do the job and he said he would. After several weeks he still had not obtained the credentials so we asked that he send our deposit back. He said he would but he later denies saying this. After several months of trying to get our deposit back, he said he will not return it to us. When asked if he would return our money or keep money he had not earned he said I WILL KEEP MONEY I DIDN:T EARN and then he hung up on me. This is not the way to do good business.
