I purchased cleaning service from this company (paid in advance) and called to make an appointment. The appointment was made for Saturday morning. The owner contacted me the night before to cancel claiming familiy illness. I rescheduled with her for another Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. At 8:45 I called to see if she was on the way...no response. At 9:00 I called again...no response. She was a no call, no show. Since I had pre-paid, I left her a message to call me so that we could resolve this issue. That was on March 7th. To this day (March 18th) she STILL has not called to apologize, or make the situation right. Completly unprofessional and unreliable.
