My former septic company went out of business so I did not know what to expect from a new company. I was impressed with Oceanside. I was met with helpful and friendly attention from Cheri in the office. At the last minute I had to reschedule my appointment. No problem! Right at the scheduled time the truck pulled in. Darrell and his son greeted me, started their work, and provided me with some helpful information and education. I like the email reminder feature to alert me of my next scheduled service. Fast, professional and courteous.
