Terrible service!I got there 1pm got out at 8pm..they take their sweet time on their 2hr lunch breaks and call 4 or 5 persons in 1hr!they put in bogus numbers 3000$donation I never made nor did I have proof in case irs tracked me...would never ever recommend that one room with over 50 people inside. ...read more

I been waiting for my money $300 to be returned for almost a month and nothing . They didn't do my taxes and they haven't returned my money either . I keep calling and always is something different because they dont even call you. They are a thief's . Dont you even think on going there . They are scammers . I will report them to the IRS. Even if you get in at 8:00am you will not be seen til 1-2pm because that is the time the two representatives come in while assistants take your documents and make a number of mistakes in which may not all be caught by the accountant to correct. Then you get a letter in the mail by NY State Department telling you that there was a $450 adjustment made to your return. These people are a bunch of scammers!!!! ...read more

Im only giving them 1 star because I have to. SCAM SCAM SCAM . You walk in and its starts from there customer svc, horrible miserable women that wont help you AT ALL! They charge $425 for the svc, just so they can pay the bouncers (yes Bouncers). Guess that should be a clue that maybe this place is shady. They take their lunch breaks from 2pm til 4pm, and wont let anyone or help anyone who made it in til 4pm. Interesting because the accountants dont come in til 11am , well unlike the day I went, they didnt come in til 1:30pm and only said sorry. Its 1 big room with several assistants but when I call for help im transfered 5 times(seriously) so I tell my story 5 times, but the smartest of the idiots there tells me to call back at 2pm( see where im going) lunch time. My husband and I are beside ourselves with all of the false information that was stated on our tax refund documents!! None of the papers were signed by the accountant himself and he just happens to leave after tax season and can't be reached!! His assistant is no help at all!!!! The accountant has no concern for his clients and takes your money and runs!!! Leaving the clients to pay back extreme amounts of money!!!
