Let me tell you this is a place you should stay away from. The people there are very unsavory, and seem very desperate. I recently submitted an application and paid a 75 dollar fee for a credit check for this apt they had listed. I then got a call from them saying congratulations you are approved however we are going to need a 1300 upfront fee. I thought that it was strange to be asking for money upfront especially because I hadn’t signed a lease yet. I told them that I would not continue with them if I had to give them any money upfront. They told me at that point it was fine and I can just pay at the lease signing. A day later they emailed me that I would have to come up with the money upfront, so at that point I decided to not to move on with them because he sounded very desperate on the phone.
