I can't believe that this organization that says they do so much good would be so unprofessional. They guaranteed a pick up of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from my store and NEVER SHOWED UP. They gave us the run around said the truck was full and they couldn't reschedule - very rude over the phone for the pick up and then couldn't give me a solution to this problem after I waited from 8am in the morning until 3:30pm in the afternoon for them.
