No better service as I booked a business trip and after being dropped off at the airport realized I did not have my wallet. Kathy suggested her son go to my house get it and meet me at the airport rather than turning the driver around to get me go back and forth. I am a little late to write this review but I feel that I have to. A few months ago I called Cliff to replace one of the cartridge circulators for my heating system. A few days later the new circulator started to make noise and malfunctioned. I paid 300 for the job. I called Cliff several times to come back and replace the defective part, my messages and calls just got ignored. I could not believe that even happened. I ended up buying a new part which was 130 dollars and since I saw how he did it the first time, replaced it myself. Obviously, I would not recommend them to anyone, but the old man seemed nice and it shocked me to receive that kind of service from them. ...read more
