My wife went in for a $34 oil change and left with a $300 bill. They charged her $80 for an AC cabin filter that I could buy at Advance auto for $20. They charged her over $50 in labor to install it. It literally take 35 seconds to install. They goaded her into buying it. They made her wait 2.5 hours and then had the nerve to come out and tell her after 2.5 hours that they found 2 nails in her tire. This is a 2015 auto btw. My wife purchased the car new with a tire warranty. They made her pay up front for the tire and now expect her to process her own paperwork to get a refund. 2nd time I've bought a vehicle from Mike Russo. Great guy. Easy to work with. Prices are right where they should be. No nonsense buying. Have some minor issues with the vehicle I just bought but am confident Mike will have it all squared away within the week. No stars for me! It would not accept no stars so my one start is ONLY to get this review posted! I bought my very first car fro L&B Lincoln Mercury in 1975. Boy have they gone down hill. Bought my 2008 Taurus from Lighthouse Ford who closed so I went a few times to L&B in West Babylon for some service and I had no complaints. Got a coupon in the mail for an oil change. I do most myself except for the few that L&B did in the past. Be AWARE that L&B has NOTHING to do with Ford Motor Company any longer!!! I go out of my way to use Motorcraft parts with this car and I now have some after market oil and filter on my car from L&B. Plus that have a couple of kids working the garage (who should learn how to present themselves) and a Service Manager who lied to my face. This owners father must be rolling over! ...read more
