I was in the Webster, NY location on July 29th, 2008, and was waited on by Steve, the manager there. I designed and printed my own wedding invitations and needed them cut. He cut the stack, then he brought it back over to me, and each sheet was a different size. He cut them varying 1/8inch to a 1/4inch smaller than what I'd marked width-wise. He also cut them completely crooked so that the text was slanting up to the right. He told me that his machine was very "low-grade" and that is the kind of work I should have expected. He told me that he didn't know what my problem was and that the work he did was "commercially acceptable." He then suggested that I measured them wrong, and I was to blame. I told him I wasn't going to pay for it and he tried getting me to give him my name and phone # so he could put me "on file." Not once did he ever apologize or admit he was to blame, and I left there with wedding invitations that had to be thrown in the garbage and reprinted. ...read more
