I cannot speak to the services this company offers but their hiring practices are suspect. They tell asbestos removal workers that they are hiring for a job in Rochester, NY, but the prospective asbestos removal workers have to travel to Waterville, NY to fill out an application (since the company no longer faxes apps). Many of the prospective workers travel from NJ and the 5 boroughs of NY to this company, Sunshine Environmental. The trip by car takes over 5 hours. The prospective employees arrive to the company, fill out an application, then are told the company is no longer hiring. What type of business practices are these? Where is the professionalism? Where is the organization? These men travel far based on information given to them by the company, told by the company rep that the company is hiring only to arrive at the company headquarters over 5 hours later and told something completely different after filling out the application.
