Proven Martial Arts

I have attended many Martial Arts schools since the early 80's; some were amazing experiences, while most were pretty big rip offs. Proven Martial Arts falls into the latter category. The quality of instruction for the price paid is really bad. They instructors have extremely poor technique & knowledge. Out of hundreds of schools I have trained at, Proven Martial Arts is the 2nd worst ever! They don't practice what they preach. The Black Belt quality is some of the worst I have ever seen. Go in for yourself and check them out. See for yourself. Or WATCH this video of their head instructors... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uXW7wetxwQ ...read more

The school is ran by kids. The Black Belts are more like Blue Belt level. The instruction is very poor and the price is very high. $129.00 a month to be taught by high school kids, and a ton of hidden costs and extra add on.... Stay Away. ...read more

Anthony Quatrochi is by far one of the most dedicated and devoted instructors in the hudson valley area. His instructors sensei Hunt, Atkins, and Cameron are sharp and committed eventough seem young they have been trained by shinan from an early age. In addition now we welcome a new instructor Amanda "Female" and she is hard core and tough. All the instructors are great with kids and shinan also is dedicated to bringing is knowledge to our local schools in effort to counter bulling just recently he was commended in our local paper. Listen i'm a correction officer and i'm letting you know that if you work in a jail or lawenforcement what are you waiting for the answer to your well being and safety is right here! you owe to yourself , but most importantly you owe to your family that needs you. The gentle art for a safer path. Also for you skeptics i've witnessed shinans instructor Professor Shelly and to set the record straight he is old school , no nonsense & the real deal . Don't be misled by all this mma and other systems ,here you will find that to survive there are no rules in fighting this system is no holds barred ,yet gentle but dangerous when situation confronts you. Don't just take my word your welcome to see for yourself......... ...read more
