I would NEVER recommend fetters. I left 3 voicemails for tech with no call back. Spoke to Mr. Fetter on the phone 3 times and each time he said he would call me back with NO call back. My husband ALSO left 2 voicemails with no call back. It’s been over a month so I finally called my warranty company back who made contact with Mr. Fetter who said that the only time he can come to NY to repair my appliance is ONLY on a Tuesday between 12-4. Really? The ONLY time this guy has to repair my appliance is 4 stinking hours on a Tuesdays with NO other options? What tech do you know says that they only have Tuesdays to repair your appliance, but not just Tuesdays, Tuesdays only from 12-4. Not even an option like a Tuesday/Thursday deal or Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Either you accommodate your schedule to fit fetters in from Tuesday 12-4 pm, or you’ll be washing dishes forever. I explained to tech that we can do Wedn, Thursday, Friday. I give him THREE ENTIRE DAYS TO CHOOSE FROM and he ONLY has those 4 hours on a stinking Tuesday? Won’t work with your schedule at ALL. Tech had already purchased parts, which his cat apparently made a bed out of, and warranty company claims that I can’t have another tech come out because fetters already ordered parts and that I must accommodate the tech because he has the parts. Unbelievable!! I wish whirlpool would drop their contract with fetters because this is a horrible experience and it’s still not even over! ...read more
