Our grandma was really looking forward to this visit since she doesn't get to go out much, she's 94 and can't walk too well. We got there and the hair dresser started complaining about how she should have scheduled a week before and how we should hurry up so she can go home. My business offers great service. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to make our customers happy. The buck stops here so there are no rules getting in the way of our ability to get customers exactly what they need. If you have a special situation (such as requireing before or after hours services), please contact us -- we want to work with you! One example of our great customer service was when the entire stylist team came into work at 5am on a Saturday to do a wedding party of 10. Once we finished the wedding party,we began to do our clients for the day. We worked until 6pm. We all were so tired.About a week later we received a thank you note from the 6 year old flower girl. She was a special needs child and did not have alot of hair. We used a simple drug store ponytail and attached it to a tiarra.It worked wonderful. She sent us a picture and thanked us for making her feel like a princess. ...read more
