I have heard that the adult classes are good here, however my experience wasn't good.My daughter was in the toddler class....she is a quiet child and good listener.......by no means was my child the best in the class, but no where near the worst.... However she was not once named 'star of the week' when every single other student was.....at the end of the year I mentioned this to Valerie and she said it was an oversight..and that my daughter was absent often which was simply not the case(2times! Jeez !)..I only waited until the end because I thought my daughter would be named at least once at the end. Please keep in mind my daughter was 2and 1/2 when she started! Only the 'best' students each week get a lollipop while the rest get stickers. THE kids were two and three years old! I have since gone to Jamz Dance studio and find Jessica to be very sweet and endearing to the little girls. I understand that dance can be competitive, but comparatively Rise studios did not foster friendly competition, as Jamz studio does! Thanks for reading! ...read more

I do not recommend this school especially for toddlers. Praise and rewards are limited to a chosen few while some are ignored totally. Self-esteem is definitely not a priority.. Go elsewhere! ...read more
