I am completely unsatisfied with this company and their products! I ordered 3 crystal pendants from them about 2 years ago. One blew out and stopped working after a year. I sent it and and they fixed it, but a 2nd one stopped working about a month afterwards. The product is obviously of very poor quality. It is too coincidental that 2 would stop working. I called them to complain and they told me to send it in. They now want to charge me $75 for them to fix it...unreal! They have my pendant and I just told them to send it back to me. I will not give this company another dollar. I rather throw the whole set in the garbage...what a waste of money. I am waiting for the 3rd one to break any day now. The manager on the phone was also very rude and blamed the blowout and using an incorrect light bulb rather than their product, which is not true.
