Max, the owner, took a $10,000 deposit and assured me we would have our product on time. It is now three months past the due date, we hired someone else to fulfill the order, and he has still not refunded us any money. He finally returned my phone call now that I have threatened to go to the District Attorney and called him a thief. He doesn't want to return the money because he claims he ordered some product but just hasn't had the time to install. We don't need it anymore. We needed it done three months ago. I dealt with this Lady Diane..who was very nice bought alot of furniture from them through the years... recently bought a kitchen set and a full size bed for my daughter...well.... ten days later the box spring breaks.. had to argue with her before I got a new box spring . When HER man came to deliver it he stated that it broke due to the bed frame.. he now duct tapes the frame and says be careful...BE CAREFUL !!! ALMOST $400 AND i HAVE TO BE CAREFUL.... TERRIBLE to make a long story short She would not replace it... so now my daughters box spring and mattress are are the floor.....NICE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS... DONT GO THERE..
