SHOPPERS BEWARE ! Ceaser who calls himself "THE BOSS" is rude, obnoxious & arrogant... A friend recently purchased one of these e-cigs for $150.00. ( not a cheap item by the way ) this item has given her nothing but trouble from day one ... When she returned to tell them the problem they opted to just change the batteries ....to see it that would help ... Well, It worked for a day and again the problems began. IT OBVIOUSLY IS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED RIGHT!!! Well not according to "THE BOSS" Today we caught him closing early due to an issue with in his store ... When we explained to him that he needed to exchange the product he began to cause a scene outside YELLING at us " I AM ONLY THE VENDER AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS " leaving us standing there as he walked away arrogantly waving goodbye! Rather than doing the right thing he disregarded her issue ... Is this how a reputable merchant treats his customers? Shaking off his responsibilities...and not standing behind the products he sells! This is NOT acceptable behavior ! Not in this country anyway ! I will be filing a report with the BBB If this problem is not resolved ASAP ! ...read more
