Nothing but a bunch of thiefs they will tell you anything to take your money they get paid by what they sell you to get their hours brake flushes fuel system cleaning transmission fluid exchange they put on a performance like there doing it when they don't stay by your car when they are performing work on it or else you will get scammed bad I have reported both hyland blvd and forest Ave Firestone of staten island locations to the bbb and talked to the district office wich is in west berry Long Island but they do nothing they need to be shut down go to any other place but these for service I don't want to see anyone else get screwed over ...read more

We chose Contrino Travel to book this cruise because we know Valarie provides full service to us. We received complete and accurate booking, well-priced trip insurance, and a 24/7 voice at the end of the phone line if we had any problems. The complimentary bottle of wine was a gracious reminder of her role in making this trip a success. Once in Bermuda, we had no trouble getting a two day bus and ferry pass to get around the island. So we enjoyed St. Georges, Hamilton and everything in between. Others on the cruise just took the bus to the beach! This early August cruise, the ship and the itinerary, worked well for many multi-generational families on vacation and they had great programs for teens and younger kids, relaxed dining, and plenty to do. We didn't see a single crying or whiney kid on board. Something new to us was the dining option for breakfast and lunch. There was only healthy food, no lines, and tables by floor to ceiling windows. It was Delightful! We thought the talent and entertainment on the Celebrity Summit was above average, and the ship's staff from mechanics to officers, were always friendly.
