I shopped at Roland's last Tuesday while the sailboat racers when competing in Skaneateles. When I returned home, I found that the pair of shorts that I was going to wear home (and then changed my mind at the last minute) were not in the bag. I immediately called the gentleman and, not only did he remember me, but he generously offered to mail the shorts to me the following day. I received them on Friday and wore them all weekend.
