Have used Pat's for the last few years to tune up and service our older furnace/boiler. Service has been great. Even found issues that no other company ever did, made the corrections and the price was reasonable if not great. Highly recommend Pat's! The Glenville Mechanical Team was teriffic, they came and unclogged a drain that has been clogged for some time they diagniosed the problem, and were very reasonable about it, they replaced some of the drain, and now the drain works great.
