As a ex employee i know for a fact not to hire them they will scam you by charging you for work that is not needed often i had to change part that were fully functioning or replace them with faulty one so we could charge the client for new one and he would resale the customer his own used part and charge him for a new one and labor nothing is under Rich name everything is under Katie his girlfriend which is the only reason he is with her its really sad the way that man uses people i left because of the bad reputation i was starting to get working for him and having to chase him for my pay and always trying to cheat me in some way ...read more

The owners of Atlantic Pacific Pump and Plumbing are con-artists and will steal your money and leave work unfinished. Rich left his family to starve and does not pay his child support obligations. Don't support this deadbeat dad and his codependant girlfriend. They'll leave your pockets empty and will not resolve your problem, just to keep you calling back and charge you more. This guy does NOT stand behind his work. He installed a boiler in my friend's house and it was spewing out toxic fumes and killed her dog. She has to take out an $8000 loan to pull the boiler out and install one properly. This Joe Schmo lied to her, didn't back his work...he did everything wrong...beware this company and get yourself a good plumber like Mark Anderson...someone with brains who knows what they are doing.
