I bought a pair of glasses in 2002. I return with some frequency for adjustments (the glasses are (wire rimmed). I'm continuing to use these glasses, because they are in great shape because of the expert maintenance. The service is excellent. My parents also traded here. The incompetence of the staff at all levels is unmatched by any eyecare/medical "professionals" I have ever encountered. After they ordered the wrong contacts for the THIRD time in a two year period, I asked for my medical records and those of my son and left, never to return ... and it took them nearly half an hour to locate my son's records which were right in front of them! ...read more

I have been getting corrective lenses for nearly forty years and have never encountered such awful medical services and customer service in my life! \t\n\t\nThe prescription was terrible and completely wrong. the doctor actually argued with me about how poor the prescription was! The service and follow up never happened. The service from the CS staff was rude at best. I had to go to another optical store for a prescription and contacts.
