honestly this owner i think her name was Lauren was so insanely rude and obnoxious. she was even nasty to her own employees bc she wanted to look good in front of everyone else. Honestly she only made herself look foolish. she rips people off also, same stuff she has in her store barneys has it for half off. All togther i had a horrible experience ..NEVER going back again..too bad i'll be sharing this with all my friends that love to shop..she thinks i dont know some of her customers thats y she was rude. The clothing brands this place carries are great. They are hard to find names. The layout of the stoew is cute and cozy, looks like the inside of a celebrity walk-in closet. Too bad the store is run/owned by an awful woman with a terrible attitude problem and the same goes for her employees. They judge you from the moment you walk in. If they dont see familiar designer brands on your body, consider yourself worthless in their eyes. Too bad for them that I decided to take my business elsewhere and spend lots of money. They have "favorite" "regular" customers who they clearly value much more than the average Joe...or in this case-Jane....who walks in there. If your looking for something specific, it doesnt hurt to take a look around at this boutique. But if you want service with a smile...take the trip into te city to Henri Bendel....same kinds of designers....MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!! ...read more
