I Strongly suggest not using them for any of your needs Don't use them,They are very corrupt ,liers, scam artist,rip off and unreliable people, they came to me from my real estate broker and very much guaranteed me very fast & stress free closing within a month. i get into contract with them in octber and provided every single paper they asked me after numerous phone calls to them they transfered my file to NJ lenders and then i was contacted by NJ Lenders who said don't call fier law office anymore they have nothing to do with the loan, However on the loan originator name was only michael fier who was totally off of scene. My closing happened in march 6 months later i had to pay perdiem $3600 for lateness solely because of them all i was told was sorry from NJ Lenders. michael fier charged me $12,000 title fee which is normally $4000 because he did the title too, he overcharged for appraisal, he stressed my family really badly because i was in contract and couldn't get out of it without giving up my downpayment.
