We started taking our boxer when he was a 10 month old puppy. He was so destructive at home and walks weren't enough to get his energy out. We tried Wooftowne and he LOVES it. It is constant exercise and socialization and it has not only calmed him down but he behaves much better when he is home. He has some good technical skills which were very helpful so I was surprised by what developed. Although not cold, I would ask for empathy and he seemed to find it somewhat of a struggle, although sometimes he tried. I too late learned not to trust what he said. I don't think he intentionally lied, or maliciously hid things. It seemed to me he gave answers that seemed palatable rather than completely honest and understanding and addressing the underlying concerns. He didn't follow through on what he said, or at least on what I understood what he said. He never clarified things when I pointed this out. We bought a set of leather Sofa and spend around $4000, and it says 10 years warranty, but it is not even 3 years, the sofa starting become very saggy(Even for the part we normally have no one sit on) and the surface start peeling. we contacted the store and they try to find every reason to try to get them out of the responsibility , first tell me the person who was sales man and also Vice president of the company who sold the sofa to us is no longer with the company then they tell us the warranty is only for the cusions, if we want have the manufacture to replace the cusion,we have to pay for it. As consumer, we are not skill craftsman, how do we know to replace the cusion under the leather???? Also they said if we want to replace the leather , we have to pay for that as well. Aren't their warranty useless and foolish???!!! If we know how to replace the cusion underneath the leather ourselves , why do we need to buy leather sofa from your store???!!!! ...read more
