I recently visited the FNFG's Greece Branch to have a replacement card created - after being advised the Greece branch was the only branch in the area that could perform this service. I was turned away for improper staffing on Saturdays. I called back to get more clarification and the individual I spoke with Michelle, was extremely rude and combative. She stated that lack of proper staffing is the reason she could not perform this service for her clients even though other FNFG branches direct their customers to their branch. She stated "this was something that has communicated internally, but it's like talking to a brick wall" I asked if there was some one in managment I can speak with and she would not give me a name or number. She directed me to call their toll free number. I'm very appalled by the lack of customer focus that happened at the first Niagara branch in Greece.
