They did a good job for us and worked hard but we had an issue with two missing large cups of coins one of which was all quarters so the total amount based on past experience would have been about 50 - 75 dollars. We called and reported the issue and they said they'd look into it but never followed through. A few weeks later as we were cleaning out the final few items we found the cups, empty, pushed to the back of a bathroom vanity. We called again, they said they'd look into it and again, nothing. We can't prove this happened of course. All we were trying to do was was alert them that someone on the crew is a thief. A 'thanks for letting us know' and a 'we'll be watching that crew closely' would have been enough. If you use them remove anything of any value and move it yourself. Tuesday, I received a call to set up delivery. Friday was the only day they had available. I scheduled the delivery for the 12-5 time slot for Friday. At 5:30 on Friday, I called the office and was told that they were really busy and my items would be delivered Saturday by 9am. No sympathy for the fact that I had to take half a day at work for my items to jot show up. Saturday 9am came and went. No answer at the office number, no phone call from the company to let me know that once again, I will not be receiving my items. I love waiting 8 hours to NOT get my delivery! ...read more

My Package was stolen most likely from this Store and the UPS store employees take your merchandise and DO NOT put them in the box before you leave!! So the sender was unable to put what he wanted in the box,,the box was scanned 2 hours later,,Next Day Air arrived empty box,,,UPS says its the senders fault,,nobody steals basically from their company,,,don't send anything from this store!! ...read more
